Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 October 2026

Acceptance of Terms

These terms describe general use of the AtlasWeb Works website. Any services supplied to a client are subject to the written project proposal agreed for that project. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Services Description

The package descriptions state the listed service scope and limits. Confirm the deliverables, customer-supplied materials, exclusions and project milestones in a written proposal before proceeding. A different scope must be expressly agreed in writing.

Package Scope and Revisions

Starter includes up to 5 pages and 2 consolidated revision rounds. Professional includes up to 7 pages and 2 consolidated revision rounds, using the customer's existing logo and brand materials. Premium includes up to 10 pages, draft copy for up to 3 pages and 3 consolidated revision rounds. If a store is included in Premium, the allowance is up to 20 simple products, one payment provider and standard shipping settings.

One revision round means one consolidated list of changes within the agreed scope. New logos, full brand identity projects, complex integrations and changes beyond the listed allowances are quoted separately. No search ranking is guaranteed.

The £299 One-Time Services fee covers one selected service with its deliverables agreed in writing, not all listed service options as a bundle. Complex work and additional services are quoted separately.

Monthly Allowances

Maintenance includes up to 1 hour of minor changes each month. SEO Monthly includes up to 3 hours of prioritised SEO work. Content Management includes 2 articles of up to 600 words each, 2 short captions adapted from those articles and 1 consolidated revision round; topics and copy require customer approval. E-commerce Support includes up to 4 hours each month. Premium Care includes maintenance checks and up to 6 total hours shared across agreed website, SEO, content and store-support priorities, not all the individual packages combined.

Monthly hours do not roll over. Redesigns, new features and larger jobs require a separate quote. Content work does not include interviews, specialist research or social-account management. E-commerce support does not include daily order fulfilment or bookkeeping.

Payment Terms

Fees, payment timing, and any recurring charges must be stated in the written project proposal or other written agreement for the service. No general advance-payment or subscription term is stated here.

VAT treatment is to be confirmed in the written quote before payment; no unconfirmed VAT-inclusive or VAT-exclusive claim is made here. Hosting, domains, paid software, transaction fees and advertising spend are separate unless explicitly included. Agree the final amount and any recurring charges before paying. Base fees and checkout charges are in GBP; amounts shown in other currencies are estimates. Additional work is charged at £50 per hour only after agreement, or receives a separate written quote.

Refund Policy

Any refund or cancellation terms for a service must be agreed in the written project proposal or other written agreement. No blanket money-back guarantee is offered by these website terms. Statutory rights, including any applicable consumer rights, are unaffected.

Intellectual Property

Ownership and licensing rights for project materials must be set out in the written project proposal or other written agreement. These terms do not grant or reserve particular ownership or portfolio rights. Statutory rights are unaffected.

The written proposal must explain what the customer owns, any third-party licences and which account access will be supplied at handover.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

Service Availability

Website or service availability is not guaranteed by these terms. Support is during business hours; round-the-clock support is not included. Specific business hours and response times must be agreed in writing. Website builds include 30 days after launch to report faults in the agreed build; fixing those faults is included, but new features are not. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Termination

Any project-specific cancellation or termination arrangements must be agreed in writing. Ownership of project work is addressed in the written project proposal or other written agreement.

Governing Law

Applicable governing law and dispute-resolution rules depend on the circumstances and mandatory law. Nothing here limits any rights a person has under applicable law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these website terms by posting a revised version. Any change to an agreed project contract must be handled in accordance with that agreement and applicable law.
